During my recent stay at Springhill Suites for a corporate retreat, I found the hotel suited for business travelers. The meeting room, measuring 364 square feet, was well-equipped and conducive for effective discussions. the 24-hour business center made it easy to address any last-minute work needs. I appreciated the hassle-free WiFi that facilitated seamless remote work. My experience was marred by a late-night fire alarm that caused considerable alarm, especially for my toddler, and the subsequent flooding in our room due to the sprinkler system. The staff was prompt in moving us to another room, but follow-up regarding reimbursement was lacking after several attempts to connect. While the hotel offers a solid range of amenities, the disruption impacted our stay. The friendly staff and a strategic location still render it a viable option for business travelers.
